Coffee Van Rental Price £50.00 per hour and a price per cup depending on number of non charged cups given out.

Minimum rental period is 2 hours. Our rental costs cover our fixed costs which include Fuel, gas for coffee machine, labour, insurance and other associated running costs of coffee van or Unit.

0 – 50 cups = £3.00 per cup - 
example cost £150.00 for 50 people plus rental.

51 – 150 cups = £2.50 per cup - 
example cost £ 312.50 for 125 people plus rental.

151– 300 cups = £2.00 per cup - 
example cost £450.00 for 225 people plus rental.

301 to 450 cups = £1.50 per cup - 
example cost 487.50 for 325 people plus rental.

451 and above will have no cup cost or rental.

If event is above people then there is no charge for rental and customers pay for there own coffee or a voucher system is used.

Community event for 2 hours for 20 people
Van rental Cost 100.00
Cup cost 20 X 3.00 = 60.00
Total cost of event = £160.00

Sporting Event for 3 hours for 200 people
Rental cost 150.00
Cup cost 200 X 2.00 = 400
Total cost of event is £550.00
